Pas de panique, on vous explique tout simplement ce qu\u2019il faut mettre en place.<\/strong><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7 r\u00e9flexes \u00e0 adopter en cas de canicule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>1. Suivre la m\u00e9t\u00e9o de pr\u00e8s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s qu\u2019une alerte \u00ab\u00a0canicule\u00a0\u00bb est d\u00e9clench\u00e9e par M\u00e9t\u00e9o-France, l\u2019employeur doit agir. Cela veut dire : surveiller les bulletins m\u00e9t\u00e9o chaque jour pour anticiper les pics de chaleur.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Adapter les horaires et le rythme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand il fait tr\u00e8s chaud, travailler aux heures les plus chaudes n\u2019est plus une option. Il faut r\u00e9organiser les plannings : commencer plus t\u00f4t, finir plus t\u00f4t, ajouter des pauses \u00e0 l\u2019ombre ou au frais.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Pr\u00e9voir de l\u2019eau fra\u00eeche \u00e0 volont\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est une obligation d\u00e9sormais : l\u2019eau potable doit \u00eatre disponible pour tout le monde, tout le temps, et si possible bien fra\u00eeche. Pas besoin de boissons sucr\u00e9es ou fantaisie, juste de l\u2019eau.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Rafra\u00eechir les locaux<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ventilation, climatisation, brumisateurs\u2026 Si les temp\u00e9ratures d\u00e9passent 30\u202f\u00b0C \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, l\u2019entreprise doit faire le n\u00e9cessaire pour garder les espaces respirables. Sinon, danger.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Informer et rassurer les \u00e9quipes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Affiches dans les locaux, mails de rappel, briefing en r\u00e9union : il faut rappeler les bons r\u00e9flexes. Et surtout, montrer que l\u2019entreprise est \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute et qu\u2019elle prend le sujet au s\u00e9rieux.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. \u00catre attentif \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 des collaborateurs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un salari\u00e9 qui a chaud, \u00e7a se voit. L\u2019employeur doit organiser une veille\u2009: surveiller les signes d\u2019alerte (fatigue, maux de t\u00eate, \u00e9tourdissements\u2026) et r\u00e9agir vite.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Mettre \u00e0 jour son DUER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est le document qui liste tous les risques pour vos salari\u00e9s. Il doit d\u00e9sormais int\u00e9grer le risque \u00ab\u00a0canicule\u00a0\u00bb, notamment pour les m\u00e9tiers expos\u00e9s ou physiques. C\u2019est une mise \u00e0 jour obligatoire.<br><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Toutes les entreprises sont concern\u00e9es ! <br><\/strong><br>Vous travaillez dans un bureau, un commerce, un entrep\u00f4t, en ext\u00e9rieur ou en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ? Peu importe.
